Good morning! In our new home my husband and I have a dedicated office which is quite a luxury for us. As of right now it is two separate small desks that don’t exactly match. I am really looking forward to creating a shared office space that is functional, but also that looks way better than what we are dealing with now. I’m thinking a large vintage inspired rug (as I mentioned last week I am kinda obsessed) and a long white desk. I am also hoping to replace the dim ceiling fan with a fabulous fixture. Here is where I am getting some of my inspiration.
Today I have a beautiful office tour belonging to Glamour Magazine’s L.A editor Jessica Kantor. She needed a space to not only to work, but to entertain as well. She enlisted help from One King’s Lane co-founder Susan Feldman as well as designer Alex Reid. The office is timeless and has the perfect dash of glam. Take a look.
Who wouldn’t love working in this space? I love the mix of old and new to create a beautiful cohesive space.
Today I am introducing you to New York designer Patrick Mele. Patrick has worked with brands such as Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, and J. Crew before opening up his design firm in 2009. His designs are bold, sophisticated, and totally inspiring. Take a look!
I love all the pops of color used in these spaces. Patrick’s designs are timeless, yet still very fresh and modern. To see more of Patrick Mele’s work check out his website.
Today I am introducing you to Houston based interior designer Lisa McGough. Her designs are jam packed with style. I love her use textiles in a fun and interesting way. Her use of a mainly neutral palette with pops of bold patterns is really beautiful. Take a look.

Good morning. Today I have a stunning home tour to share with you. This Arizona home is designed by Caitlin Wilson. I love the classic lines mixed with the modern twist of color and pattern. This home uses wallpaper so beautifully. The designer states that all the color and pattern kind of becomes a neutral unto itself, and I completely agree. Take a look!
This home is visually exciting. I love all the spaces for different reasons, but if I had to choose my favorite it would have to be the office/library. The beautiful wallpaper mixed with the blue bookcases are perfect. The mirrored desk and vintage lucite chairs are the perfect addition for a workspace. What is your favorite space?
Good morning! Today I am falling in love with wishbone chairs. Although they were designed way back in 1949 by Danish designer Hans Wegner they still feel modern and fit in with interiors today. The modern style can easily be paired with more traditional pieces to create an eclectic look.
What do you think? Would you incorporate wishbone chairs into your space?
Good morning! Flooring is such a major part of every space. There are countless options out there. Today I am showing you some fun options and classic options. Take a look.
Brick is a great choice for mudrooms and entryways, but brick in the kitchen or other rooms in the house can be unexpected. Brick is also great at hiding dirt in high traffic areas.
I love the look of these patterned tile floors. Picking a classic color combination in a fun pattern adds a pop of personality instantly.
I think herringbone flooring is my favorite. It is so classic and homey.
What is you favorite style of flooring?
