Kelly Wearstler

27 Feb

Happy Monday all! I have been working all weekend on a little DIY furniture project I hope to show you tomorrow. Today I am going show you some designs by Interior Designer Kelly Wearstler. I have been a fan of her work for years. She is known for her opulent and classical designs interpreted in a contemporary way. In addition to being an interior designer she also designs home furnishings, rugs, fabrics, and dinnerware. Take a look at some of my favorite spaces she has designed.

Bel-Air Villa

Doheny Estate

Hillcrest Estate

Pied-a-terre

Viceroy Santa Monica

Viceroy Anguilla

Maison 140

Kelly’s use of color in all of these spaces is fantastic! Whether it’s bold or muted these spaces all make strong statements. I love the classical elements she interprets in a new way with the fabric and color choices. The amazing details she uses create a unique and cohesive space.

Here are some of her designs in home furnishings:

Sferra

Sculpture

Tabletop

Hope you enjoyed looking at this fabulous designer’s work! Have a good day!
